We manufacture more than 2,000 distributed fiber optic sensing interrogators each year, including DTS, DAS and BOTDA / BOTDR systems. From precise location to long-range monitoring, we offer OEM, ODM and production licensing worldwide. We also share our accumulated project and solution experience unconditionally with strategic partners, providing technical support for installation, operation, commissioning and project handover. Established in 2015 through the combination of a dual-academician workstation team and the fiber-sensing team of Focused Photonics Inc. (stock code: 300203), the company is based in Building H3 of the China International Innovation Park for Sensor Networks. Its R&D team brings over 20 years of fiber-sensing experience, supported by manufacturing and sales teams committed to innovation.

The company is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Jiangsu specialized and innovative enterprise in fiber sensing, and a high-growth gazelle enterprise, with ambitions to develop into a potential unicorn. More than 10,000 fiber-sensing instruments are currently operating worldwide.

In-house distributed fiber-sensing R&D and production lines support annual shipments of over 2,000 instruments. The portfolio includes 5-centimeter-class DTS, a fire-certified fiber-optic linear heat detector for 0.2-meter small hot spots, and DAS/DVS with 400 km aggregate coverage across four simultaneous 100 km channels. It also includes BOTDA/BOTDR distributed Brillouin strain and temperature sensing, silicon-photonic fiber accelerometers and acoustic sensors.

An optical fiber can carry data and act as a continuous sensing medium. With no point-by-point power supply along the sensing route, appropriate sensing technologies and configurations provide dense, spatially referenced temperature, vibration, acoustic and strain measurements over long distances.

Drawing on the experience of the dual-academician workstation and Focused Photonics fiber-sensing team, the company continues to develop capabilities spanning core components, precision optical assembly, complete instruments and field engineering, translating expertise into scalable products and long-term operating solutions.

The manufacturing system covers precision optical assembly, instrument assembly, performance testing, environmental reliability validation and delivery. Equipment includes semi-automated optical alignment benches, high-precision fusion splicers, fiber end-face imaging instruments, high-magnification optical inspection tools, UV printers, ring-type thermal chambers, temperature-cycling chambers, vibration tables, temperature- and humidity-controlled storage, EMC electrostatic test equipment and constant-temperature water baths.

Processes include optical positioning and coupling, fiber splicing and end-face inspection, instrument calibration, product marking and traceability, vibration and temperature/humidity reliability tests, and controlled storage of critical components, supporting standardized production and reliable delivery.
